1. Agreement Overview

This agreement is between Midlands Fibre Festival (“the Festival”) and the approved vendor (“the Vendor”) for participation in the Festival.

 

2. Application & Acceptance

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Vendors are selected at the Festival’s discretion to ensure a balanced event.

• Once accepted, this agreement becomes binding upon payment.

 

3. Fees & Payment

• Vendor fees must be paid within date/time period specified on your invoice.

• Failure to pay may result in loss of space.

• All fees are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled.

 

4. Stall Allocation

• Stall spaces are assigned by the Festival.

• Vendors must operate within their allocated space.

• Subletting or sharing space without permission is prohibited.

 

5. Set-Up and Breakdown

• Vendors must adhere to assigned set-up and breakdown times.

• Early departure is not permitted without prior approval.

 

6. Products & Sales

Vendors agree that:

• All goods comply with Irish consumer law and safety regulations

• All goods on offer have been accurately described and/or represented by the vendor to the Festival prior to attending

   

• Pricing is clear and transparent

• Counterfeit or unsafe goods are strictly prohibited

The Festival reserves the right to request removal of inappropriate items.

 

7. Insurance

• Vendors must** hold valid Public Liability Insurance (recommended minimum €6.5 million cover in Ireland)

• Proof of insurance must be provided upon request

• **NOTE: Public Liability Insurance will only be required if the selected venue deems it necessary. If required, this will be communicated to vendors prior to the event. Currently, Radisson Blu Hotel does not require Public Liability Insurance of vendors.

 

8. Health & Safety

Vendors must:

• Keep their area safe and hazard-free

• Follow all fire and safety regulations

• Ensure electrical equipment is safe and compliant

 

9. Cancellation

• Vendor cancellations are non-refundable

• If the Festival cancels the event, a full refund will be issued

 

10. Liability

• Vendors are responsible for their own property and stock

• The Festival is not liable for theft, damage, or loss

 

11. Conduct

• Vendors must behave professionally and respectfully

• Any inappropriate conduct may result in removal without refund

 

12. Agreement

By accepting a vendor space, you agree to these terms.
